January 29, 2020 Vladislav Maksovich Portnov spoke at the Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce Committee, representing Mining Advisory Council (Canadian NGO) on the issues of precious and other non-ferrous metals tails green processing: best-practices of Mongolia and Russia.

The Committee was co-chaired by Vice-President of Russian Federation Chamber of Commerce – Kurochkin Vladimir Nikolaevich and Head of the Committee – Diagilev Mikhail Vladimirovich, Director General of Kraztsvetmet.

Mr. Portnov was speaking on behalf and as the Head of Chapter responsible for Central Asia (Mongolia) and Middle Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgystan) of Mining Advisory Council.

The aforementioned Committee was held with participation of  key individuals, representing gold mining businesses, associations and The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation.

We are hoping to see more interaction in order to promote co-operation between Russia and Mongolia in the area of green processing in the metals and mining sector.
